Summary

This study looks at how good or poor sleep quality influences quality of life, depression, and fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. Researchers will survey about 121 adults with MS to measure their sleep patterns and link them to these health outcomes. The goal is to better understand the role of sleep in managing MS symptoms.
