Mindfulness sleep program aims to stop postpartum depression before it starts

Summary

This study tests a mindfulness-based sleep program for pregnant women with insomnia to see if it can prevent depression during and after pregnancy. 500 participants will be assigned to either the sleep program or standard care. The goal is to improve sleep and reduce the risk of perinatal depression.
