Summary
This study tests a program designed to help new bus operators avoid weight gain and adjust to their jobs. About 284 new hires from several transit authorities will take part for two years. Some will receive the special program, while others will follow usual work practices. The goal is to see if the program helps with weight, diet, sleep, and job satisfaction.
