Summary

This study tests a daily injection called setmelanotide in people aged 6 to 65 with Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic condition causing severe obesity and constant hunger. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and helps reduce body weight and hunger over 52 weeks. Up to 18 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will track side effects and changes in BMI.
