Summary
This study tests a drug called selnoflast in 162 people with atherosclerosis (hardened arteries) who are at high risk for heart attacks or strokes. The goal is to see if selnoflast can reduce inflammation inside the arteries, measured by a special PET scan, compared to a placebo. All participants continue their standard treatments.
