Summary

This study tested whether an Apple Watch, a new app, and weekly health coaching could help dementia caregivers improve their sleep and mood. 21 caregivers wore the watch to track their activity and sleep patterns, and received personalized feedback and support for up to 6 weeks. The goal was to reduce symptoms of depression and insomnia.
