Summary
This early study tests a single injection of SC101 into the fat around the kidneys for people with resistant hypertension and moderate to severe chronic kidney disease. The main goal is to check safety, with a secondary look at whether it helps lower blood pressure over six months. Only 3 participants aged 18 to 65 will be enrolled.
