Summary
This study tested a 6-month program combining diet, exercise, pharmacy, and behavioral counseling for people with stage 3-4 kidney disease. The goal was to see if it improves physical function, like walking and daily activities, compared to usual care. 42 adults aged 18-75 took part. The program aimed to help patients feel stronger and more capable in their everyday lives.
