This study will survey 400 adults with moderate to severe chronic kidney disease in Réunion Island to find out how many use herbal medicines and whether those herbs affect how fast their kidney disease gets worse over one year. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their herbal medicine use, and researchers will track their kidney function. The goal is to gather information that is currently missing, not to test a treatment.
