First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study will survey 400 adults in Réunion with moderate to advanced chronic kidney disease (stages 3-5) to find out how many use herbal medicine. Researchers will also track kidney function over one year to see if certain herbs are linked to faster disease progression. The goal is to gather information that is currently missing, not to test a treatment.
