First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a procedure called Round Spermatid Injection (ROSI) for couples where the male partner cannot produce mature sperm. Doctors will collect immature cells from the testicles and inject them into eggs to try to create a pregnancy. The study will compare fertilization and embryo growth between using only these immature cells and adding donor sperm. It involves 50 couples and aims to see if ROSI is a safe and effective treatment for male infertility.
