First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing Pilates at home over video calls for 16 weeks can improve walking, balance, fatigue, pain, mood, and quality of life in people with multiple sclerosis. About 50 adults with mild to moderate MS will be assigned to either the Pilates group or a waitlist. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise program can ease common MS symptoms without needing to travel to a clinic.
