Remote coaching fights post-surgery weight regain

Summary

This study tests a remote behavioral program for people who have regained at least 5% of their weight after bariatric surgery. 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a control group that receives standard dietary advice. The goal is to see if the program helps reverse weight regain and improve eating habits over 12 months.
