Remote coaching fights post-surgery weight regain

Summary

This study tests a remote behavioral program for people who have regained at least 5% of their weight after bariatric surgery. 200 participants will either receive the program or standard advice. The goal is to see if the program helps reverse weight regain and improve eating habits over 12 months.
