Summary

This study tests a nutritional supplement called Redefine in 80 overweight adults who are already taking a weight-loss medication (semaglutide) and following a low-calorie diet. The goal is to see if Redefine is safe and helps preserve muscle mass while losing fat. Participants take the supplement or a placebo for 90 days, and body composition is measured with a DEXA scan.
