Summary
This study tests a remote program called ReConnect for people who had bariatric surgery about 2 years ago and their romantic partners. The program uses weekly handouts and videos with positive psychology activities to improve mood, resilience, and relationship satisfaction. 82 couples will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and helps reduce depressive symptoms.
