Summary

This study tests a device called Reclaim DBS, which uses electrical pulses to target brain areas linked to OCD. It's for adults with severe, treatment-resistant OCD who have tried at least three medications and therapy. The goal is to see if it safely reduces obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
