Summary
This study compares ready-to-eat very low calorie meals to standard liquid meal replacements for people preparing for bariatric surgery. The goal is to see if the ready-to-eat option improves how well patients stick to their diet, measured by blood ketones and meal logging. About 140 adults scheduled for surgery will participate.
