Summary
This study looks at 500 adults in Romania with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction who are taking Entresto. Researchers will use existing medical records to see if patients are also receiving other recommended medications like beta-blockers and SGLT2 inhibitors. The goal is to understand how closely real-world treatment matches clinical guidelines.
