Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, RAP-219, in 333 adults with focal seizures (a type of epilepsy). Participants will take the drug or a placebo for several weeks to see if it safely reduces how often seizures happen. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people whose seizures are not fully controlled by current medications.
