Summary

This study tested a procedure called pulmonary artery denervation (PADN) in 30 adults with both heart failure and high blood pressure in the lungs. Participants were already on standard heart failure medications and were followed for one year after the procedure. The main goal was to see if PADN could improve how far they could walk in six minutes.
