This early-stage study at Yale tests whether a single 25mg dose of psilocybin is safe and tolerable for people whose daily life is affected by mood, anxiety, trauma, or addiction symptoms. Fifty participants will receive the drug and be followed for up to 6 weeks, with optional longer follow-ups. The goal is to see if symptoms and functioning improve, while carefully monitoring for side effects.
