Summary

This pilot study at Johns Hopkins University is testing whether psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, can help people with cannabis use disorder. Twelve adults will receive two doses of psilocybin along with counseling over 12 weeks. Researchers will track cannabis use and related symptoms for up to 6 months after treatment.
