This study tests whether hemp-derived CBD (with or without a tiny amount of THC) can help people who use cannabis concentrates regularly to cut down or stop. 165 adults who want to reduce their cannabis use will take either CBD or a placebo for 8 weeks, plus attend therapy. Researchers will track changes in cannabis use, withdrawal symptoms, and overall well-being.
