Summary

This study is for adults with major depression that hasn't improved with standard treatments. Researchers want to see if giving psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) followed by a type of brain stimulation called aiTBS is safe and can help lift depression. About 100 people will take part, and the study will measure mood changes and brain activity.
