First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single shot of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can reduce pain and improve function in people with shoulder osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare low-dose PRP, high-dose PRP, and a saline placebo in 135 adults aged 18-100. The goal is to see if PRP offers better relief than a placebo injection.
