Spraying good bacteria to fight gum disease in seniors

Summary
This study is testing whether a spray containing 'good' bacteria (probiotics) can help prevent and control gum disease in older adults. Researchers will compare the probiotic spray to a placebo spray in 90 elderly participants in Hanoi over several weeks. They will check if the spray is safe and if it improves gum health by reducing harmful bacteria and inflammation.
