Summary

This study tests if a probiotic called Clostridium butyricum can reduce anxiety and depression in people with functional dyspepsia (a stomach disorder with no clear cause). 180 adults will receive either the probiotic or a placebo for 4 weeks, alongside standard stomach medication. The main goal is to see if mood scores improve.
