First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests giving chemotherapy before radiation for high-grade gliomas, a type of aggressive brain tumor. The goal is to make MRI scans easier to read and to screen new drugs more effectively. About 70 adults aged 18 to 80 with residual tumor after surgery will receive temozolomide first, then standard radiation. The approach aims to improve treatment evaluation, not to cure the disease.
