Summary
This Phase 2b trial tests whether adding enobosarm (a muscle-preserving drug) to semaglutide (a weight-loss drug) helps older adults lose more fat and keep muscle. About 200 people aged 65 and older who are overweight or obese will take both drugs or semaglutide alone. The goal is to see if the combo improves weight loss and physical function.
