Summary
This phase 2 study tests whether a plant-based supplement called PhytoSERM can help prevent the drop in brain activity and thinking skills that often happens during menopause. Participants take either PhytoSERM or a placebo, and researchers measure brain metabolism using PET scans and cognitive tests.
