Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement called phosphatidylserine (PS) can improve blood flow and insulin response in people with type 2 diabetes. Thirty-six adults aged 45-64 with type 2 diabetes took PS to see if it helps blood vessels work better. The goal is to find a simple way to manage diabetes-related blood vessel problems.
