Summary

This study tests whether personalized nutrition coaching, delivered online, can help overweight or obese nurses at an Indonesian hospital lose weight, eat better, and become more active. Over 8 weeks, 44 nurses will receive individual guidance to make lasting lifestyle changes. The goal is to improve their health and well-being, which may also benefit the care they provide.
