Summary

This study tests a personalized, noninvasive brain stimulation treatment (TMS) for people aged 18-65 with persistent symptoms after a mild concussion or brain injury, such as headache, dizziness, brain fog, or anxiety. Participants will receive either active or sham TMS over 10 sessions, with follow-up assessments up to 2 months. The goal is to see if this treatment improves brain connectivity and reduces long-term symptoms.
