Summary

This study compares two treatments for children aged 6-18 with Crohn's disease: one group gets infliximab alone, another gets immunosuppressives alone, and a third gets both. The goal is to see which approach leads to more kids achieving remission (feeling better and showing healed intestines) after 54 weeks. The trial is currently recruiting 128 participants in China.
