Summary
This study looks at whether lifestyle changes can improve dry eyes in obese women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will measure eye dryness using tests and questionnaires before and after the lifestyle program. The goal is to see if weight loss and healthy habits can ease both PCOS symptoms and dry eye discomfort.
