New coaching program helps veterans stick with sleep apnea treatment

Summary
This study tested a behavioral program to help older veterans with sleep apnea who had stopped using their PAP machine. 106 veterans were randomly assigned to a sleep coach program or standard care. The goal was to see if the program could help them use the machine more regularly and improve their sleep and quality of life.
