Summary

This study tests a new pain self-management program designed specifically for Black adults aged 50 to 92 who have long-term muscle or joint pain (like arthritis or back pain). The program aims to reduce pain during movement and improve daily life. Researchers will compare pain levels before and after the 4-week program, and follow up for 3 months.
