Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug, S241656, alone and in combination with other cancer therapies. It aims to find a safe and effective dose for adults with advanced cancers, including lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers, that have specific genetic mutations like KRAS or BRAF. The main goals are to see how safe the drug is and if it can shrink or control tumors.
