Summary

This study looks at which parts of therapy work best to help children aged 8-17 with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after a traumatic event. Researchers will compare different treatment components to a placebo to see what reduces symptoms most effectively. About 200 children and their caregivers will attend weekly sessions and report on their progress. The goal is to make PTSD treatment more effective and personalized for young people.
