First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study aims to find out which parts of behavioral therapy work best for children aged 8-17 with PTSD after a traumatic event. Researchers will compare different therapy components, like emotion regulation and exposure, to a placebo. 200 children and their caregivers will participate in weekly sessions to see what reduces PTSD symptoms most effectively.
