Summary
This study looks at how a person's genetics, gut microbiome, and behaviors influence how well they tolerate and respond to the weight-loss drug tirzepatide. Researchers will follow 200 overweight or obese adults for up to 12 months, tracking weight changes, side effects, and whether they stay on the medication.
