First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study aims to find the best combination of strategies to help people maintain weight loss after losing at least 5% of their body weight. Over 500 participants will first lose weight through a 16-week program, then be assigned to different packages of four methods: eating fewer high-calorie foods, home strength training, buddy support, and workshops to handle tough thoughts. Researchers will compare 16 different packages over 12 months to see which works best.
