Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BI 3034701 to help people with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 300 adults aged 18-74 will receive either the drug or a placebo injection for 42 weeks, along with diet and exercise advice. Researchers will measure weight changes and check for side effects.
