NCT ID NCT05312892
First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how blocking certain nerve signals for two weeks changes the way the body produces sugar in people who have both obesity and high blood pressure. Twelve participants will receive a placebo, a blood pressure drug, or a nerve-blocking drug in a random order. The goal is to understand the body's sugar production better, not to treat the conditions.
