Twin study reveals how your diet may inflame your brain

Summary

This study looks at how genetics and what we eat might cause brain inflammation that leads to obesity. Researchers will study 110 identical twins who eat differently to see if their brains show signs of inflammation. They will also test how the brain responds to overfeeding and underfeeding. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
