Summary
This early-stage study tests a single dose of an investigational drug called SGB-7342 in 45 adults who have obesity or are overweight. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves in the body and any weight changes. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo.
