Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests two experimental drugs, trevogrumab and garetosmab, added to the weight-loss drug semaglutide (Wegovy) in about 1,000 people with obesity. The goal is to see if the combination improves weight loss and body composition (more fat loss, less muscle loss) compared to semaglutide alone. The study also checks safety and how the drugs move through the body.
