This study will enroll 100 adults with septic shock to compare two non-invasive methods for measuring how well the heart is pumping blood: standard ultrasound (echocardiogram) and a newer device called electrical cardiometry, which uses sensors on the chest. The goal is to see if the simpler device is accurate and reliable enough for routine use in intensive care. The study does not test any drug or treatment.
