This early-phase trial tests a special version of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab that has a fluorescent dye attached (nivo800). The dye makes the drug glow under near-infrared light, allowing researchers to see exactly where the drug goes in the tumor during surgery. About 38 adults with suspected high-grade glioma will receive a single infusion before their planned tumor removal.
