Summary
This pilot study looked at whether providing overnight infant care (respite) could help new mothers with substance use disorder get better sleep and feel better. 41 mothers living in residential treatment programs took part. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible and acceptable, and to measure its impact on sleep and mood.
