Scientists test 'Tumor-Infecting' virus as new weapon against tough cancers

Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose of an experimental therapy called MQ710 for people with advanced solid tumors that have returned, spread, or stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy is a modified virus designed to be injected directly into tumors. Researchers will test MQ710 alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) to see how well patients tolerate it.
