Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three inhaled drugs (furosemide, heparin, and hypertonic saline) can reduce lung injury in adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) who are on mechanical ventilators. The trial will involve 344 participants and measure daily lung function scores. The goal is to find a supportive treatment to control the disease and prevent further lung damage.
